Workplace Type: Hybrid- Mostly Remote - must be located in the Pittsburgh area and available to go on-site if needed

Contract Role: October 21st Computer Equipment Pickup (2 hours); October 26th start - end of the year

Work schedule: First 2-3 weeks for training, M-F 8am - 5pm; After training is complete, the schedule will shift to either Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5pm, or Sunday - Thursday 8am - 5pm


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Screen web & call-center orders, and identify valid or fraudulent transactions
  • Research customer accounts for potentially fraudulent activity
  • Identify unusual transactional patterns on existing customer accounts with the objective of identifying instances of account takeover
  • Meet or exceed established KPIs, including chargeback rates and order review production
  • Communicate with customers who have been affected by fraud team decisions or who have identified fraud on their account


EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or Criminal Justice strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a retail/customer service setting
  • Proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and remain organized
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
