Our client is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their finance team and support daily treasury operations, cash management, financial reporting, and banking activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys analyzing data, improving processes, and partnering across multiple business functions.


Position Type: Full-Time/Direct Hire

Workplace Type: Hybrid (On-site 3-4 days per week)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cash management activities, including cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, and bank account reconciliations.
  • Assist with treasury operations related to debt, investments, banking relationships, and payment processing.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reports, and audit support documentation.
  • Manage banking administration, including account maintenance, wire transfers, Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, and user access.
  • Support Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance, merchant account administration, and unclaimed property reporting.
  • Analyze treasury data, identify process improvement opportunities, and help automate manual workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or cash management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with financial systems/ERP platforms and online banking portals is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Interest in pursuing or working toward the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ambition to grow within a treasury or corporate finance career.
